Creating a bookmark folder should offer an option to select the icon for it.
This helps visually distinguishing bookmark folders i.e. in the bookmarks toolbar.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create some bookmark folders
Actual Results:
a dialog offered fields to give a name and description for the bookmark folder
to be created
Expected Results:
the dialog should also include a button to select a custom icon for the bookmark
folder to be created

Yepp, duplicate of 121348.
