In Tools-> Options-> Privacy-> Cookies it is hard to add or remove stored
cookies to the list of exceptions. Maybe some incorporation in the dialog
window, 'stored cookies...', is in place.

This will speed up the making of lists of cookies which are undesirable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools->
2.Options->
3.Privacy->
4.Cookies->
5.Stored Cookies...->

Actual Results:  
A list of cookies with the ability to physicaly remove cookies, or part of them.

Expected Results:  
A list of cookies with tree-structure of the keys in the cookie. A button for
setting the cookie as an exception (block and allow button).
