"Element Properties" dialog for JPEG images contains URL, height, width, and
size. Should, if available, also permit display of various common EXIF and
possibly IPTC metadata, such as the timestamp of the photo, original resolution,
camera settings, etc.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate context menu for a JPEG in a web page
2. Select Properties


Actual Results:  
"Element Properties" dialog appreared showing URL, height, width, and size.

Expected Results:  
"Element Properties" dialog appear containing, in addition, various common EXIF
and possibly IPTC metadata.
not something the decoder currently provides, dumping to Browser for move to
correct ImgLib component.
