The new MLP staff team needs quite a list of permissions, accesses, entries,
etc. - this bug will track all those issues.

Our tasks are splitted in the team the following way (please file bugs dependent
on this one for all permissions the listed people need, I've started by filing a
few of them):

Tasks:
- FTP Uploads, updating web pages with new builds
  * Tim Maks van den Broek

- MLP web pages redesign

- MLP web pages: adding content (tutorials, etc.)

- CVS work (not clearly defined yet, as needed)

  * Tim Maks van den Broek, Martin Creutziger (if needed)
- Bugzilla default assignee of Browser/Localization component

- Bugzilla default QA for that component

- Project leader, contact person for MLP, coordinating with MF and/or ME

- l10n tools (MT), getting Mozilla developers to play nice with L10n people and
tools

For every task, there's a single name in the first line, which we consider to be
more-or-less in charge of that area, with people in the second line helping in
that area, if there's a third line given, those people are just for helping out
if the others are overworked, not responding due to vacation or any other
temporary inability to help.

This is an old bug and all dependencies have been fixed anyways, so I'll resolve this now.
