258208 - Sender filter type uses wrong header

The Sender filter type seems to in fact mean the From header, which is 
counterintuitive and unusual.  To actual filter based on the Sender field, you 
need to use Customize to add another Sender (which appears identically in the 
filter type list).  Sender should be renamed to From, which is what it atually 
is.  Or, better yet, another filter type (named neither From nor Sender) could 
be created, which uses Sender if availible, else From.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a mail filter that filters on Sender.
2. Try to filter an email with a matching Sender.

Actual Results:  
The email will not be filtered.

Expected Results:  
The email should be filtered.
