'mark as read' filter option ignored when filtering on IMAP account

Mail filters which filter mail from an IMAP account ignore the 'mark as read'
setting. For example, I have configured filters which move mail from various
listservs to various folders and mark them as read. The mail moves correctly
but is not flagged as being read. These filters worked perfectly when applied
to a POP account.

Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Results:
Messages marked as having been read, if configured in a filter.
The target mail folder for the filter's move action is a local folder, not an
IMAP folder. Just in case that matters.
