The Cookie Button extension found here: http://basic.mozdev.org/cookiebutton/
provides the same functionality to Firefox that is found in Mozilla for
manipulating cookies on a per site basis.  Some users will not use Firefox
without this basic functionality, so this extension should definately be made
widely available.  Submitting a bug seems like the wrong way to go about this,
but it is what was suggested here: https://update.mozilla.org/faq/ "How do I get
my extension or theme listed?".  Note, I am not the author of the extension --
simply an interested user.

Submitting a bug is the right way. Though, the *author* must approve the
extension to be listed. Just as they'll be the only ones authorized for
maintaining the extension in the developer control panel.
