In my 01/31/2000 WinNt debug build, only the first of each application window I bring up works. To reproduce with the browser: 1. Start the browser. 2. Select File->NewNavigatorWindow. Notice how the new navigator window shows up without content? To reproduce with composer: 1. Start the browser. 2. Select File->New->EditBlankPage. (Notice you can type in the composer window that pops up?) 3. Go back to the browser and repeat step #2. Notice how you can't type in the new composer window? To reproduce with Message Compose: 1. Start the browser. 2. Select File->New->Message. (Notice you can type in the message compose window?) 3. Close the message compose window. 4. Go back to the browser and repeat step #2. Notice how the 2nd message compose window never shows up?

Dan, you're "Mr. Window" -- do you have any idea what's going on here?

Waitaminute ... Waterson sez this is most like a dupe of bug #25833. Is it?
*** Bug 25884 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
It's most likely a brutal sharing regression. cc:ing Don because he deserves the spam for assigning me a bug because it happened inside a window. Waterson probably wants this bug, though I'm sure he didn't cause it.
spamming don.
This probably was actually a dupe of 25833. It's no longer reproducible now that that bug's been fixed, so I know at least I don't have to worry about it any longer. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 25833 ***

*spam* changing qa contact from nobody@mozilla.org to me (BlakeR1234@aol.com) on 121 open or resolved (but not verified) bugs. sorry for the spam everybody, but most of these bugs would just remain dormant and not checked by QA otherwise. I'm not sure how so many bugs have nobody as their QA contact, but I suspect this is the fault of some sort of bugzilla corruption that happened at some point (most of these bugs are in the 20000-26000 range, and I don't see where in the activity log that QA contact explicitly changed to nobody@mozilla.org) Anyways, sorry again for spam. If you really get annoyed, I'm usually available in #mozilla on IRC for torture.
