0.7.3 final:
If I single-click 2 different mail-folders fast enough to be within the
double-click-time, the single-click on the second folder is handles as
double-click. This makes the folder collapes/expand.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Summary: single click on 2 different mail-folders are handled as double-click → single clicks on 2 different mail-folders are handled as double-click

> This makes the folder collapes/expand.
(This is in case if the second folder is the main-folder with the "+". If the
second folder is a subfolder, it opens in an new Thunderbird-window.)

I confirm this, and its very boring. The definition for double-click, like I
think of, and is implemented in most software either windows or linux, is: two
clicks in X miliseconds, defined by system, BUT in the same "pixel". This means
that if you move the mouse between the two clicks it should be considered two
separate click events instead of one double-click event.
I encouter this when clicking through mail, not folders. I'd like to encourage
someone with the appropriate permission to change the subject to reflect that
it's a more general problem, and not just mail-folders.
I too have been able to recreate this issue and it is a thunderbird issue, not an issue with the OS. It has been present since thunderbird was released and still occurs in the current v1.5. If this issue could be fixed it would save a lot of extra clicking to close random windows that pop up. Please take the time to fix this, mozilla! Thanks ahead of time!
