There isn't a menu action for opening the Address Book. Only the icon with the
text and a shortcut CRTL+2.
Marked as mayor reason: Icons are shortcuts for menu actions.

1.Search the menu

Actual Results:  
no menu entry for the address book tool.

Expected Results:  
A menu entry in the tools, like in the address book window for the Mail&Newsgroups

I ran into the same issue. Moreover, I didn't find the shortcut listed anywhere?
It doesn't seem to be in the keyboard shortcuts section of the help. So I didn't
find any way to open address book from the keyboard, until I found this bug!
