259950 - View Message Body as Plain Text Prevents RSS Feeds Loading Website

When Thunderbird is set to View > Message Body As > Plain Text, then loading an
feed item does not work when it is set to load the external webpage, instead of
the description.  This is annoying because I usually always have it set to view
as plain text because I don't usually like reading HTML mail.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to a feed that will load the web page.
   eg. http://www.webstandards.org/buzz/buzz.xml
2. Set the option to veiw message body as plain text.
3. Attempt to view the posts.

Actual Results:  
Nothing is displayed

Expected Results:  
External web pages should be allowed to load for feeds where the user has set
that option, regardless of whether the user has chosen to view regular e-mails
as plain text. ie. When the user has not selected "Show the article summary
instead of loading the web page" in the news feed properties.
