260004 - Delete Folder context menu entry should not be next to Compact Folder

On a folder created by a user on an IMAP account, when you right click and get a
context menu, the entry for Delete Folder is right next to Compact Folder
Now if a user wants to Compact Folder (which in Thunderbird) is equivalent to an
IMAP PURGE and by mistake clicks on Delete Folder then its an unexpected behaviour

IMHO, The Delete Folder menu entry should not be next to the 'Compact Folder'
which is an often used command

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new folder on IMAP server
2. Right click on Folder name to see context menu
3. Delete Folder entry is right below Compact Folder entry
