260043 - Bookmarks updated with wrong favicons

Favicons are still a little flakey in FF .10.  I'm trying to come up with a
concise testcase that can produce this, but by having multiple folders in my
bookmarks, each containing sites both with and without favicons, and selecting
"Open in Tabs" a few times on different folders, eventually several sites
without favicons will get saved with one incorrectly.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Open in Tabs" on a few folders in sucession, each with a few
bookmarks, some with and some without favicons.

Actual Results:  
Some sites that should have no favicon "inherit" one.

Expected Results:  
Sites without a favicon should stay that way.
