Would the patch for this be similar to: <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=140573> I was wondering if we only wanted to have '-moz-border-start' and '-moz-border-end' or also '-moz-border-start-color', '-moz-border-start-width', '-moz-border-start-style' and similar properties for '-moz-border-end-*'.
For rtl themes, we also need *radious, so...

-moz-border-start* and -moz-border-end* were implemented on bug 74880. I guess we should mark this as a duplicate and file a new bug on -moz-border-radius*.
Filed bug 475190 on the round bits, since according to bug 474807 this bug being open was confusing about the status of the flat bits.
