This is the nightly run I downloaded on 9/21. It differs from the version I
downloaded on 9/13 in that mouse right-clicks are delayed. You right-click and
nothing happens. Then when you mouseover to "file" on the top menu bar, it DOES
appear.
I did not find this bug as such, but stand to be corrected.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Richt click on a link
2.Mouseover to "File" on top menu bar.
3.
Actual Results:
Popup does not appear on right-click.
It DOES appear on the mouse-over over "File"
Expected Results:
Popup should have appeared upon right-click immediately
My build config was:

In builds before this one (id est same date as yours) I have seen something
similar - context menus not appearing until mousing out of the active region;
such failures occuring at least 90 % of the time, but not quite all the time.
The problem seems to have gone away, so I wasn't going to mention it.

Yep. This was only a problem for about two days (and was fixed by the checkin
for bug 260657 on 2004-09-21 evening).
