This is great. I would like to see a localization of bookmarks.html before this
is committed to CVS. In addition, it would be a very good idea to look at
translating the installer strings very soon, because we may have charset issues
in the windows installer.

Have you FAXed the CVS contributor form yet? Marcia needs to receive that form,
and you will need to attach a SSH public key (id_dsa.pub) to the bug, before
your account can be activated.

I vouch. I will commit the updated files that are attached. You will need to
translate toolkit -> installer/windows/install.it (and set the correct charset
parameter in charset.mk) and installer/unix/install.it (which is UTF8) for the
installers to function correctly.
