Thunderbird version 0.8 (20040913) for Windows won't allow users to change the
location of the local folders. This bug was not available in Thunderbird 0.7.3.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools\Account Settings\Local Folders
2. Choose Browse to create a different folder from the default
3. Click OK

Actual Results:  
Local Folders remain to be pointed to the default settings.

Expected Results:  
The selected folder should be the location of the local folder.

Same issue.. 0.8 Thunderbird.. In 0.7.3 you can change the local
folders. 

However when upgrading the path remains the same from 0.7.3 and cannot
change in 0.8.

When installing a fresh copy (VMWARE 4.5, 2K PRO SP4) you cannot
change from default path.

NOTICE upon installing the 0.8 the local folder is locked.

dup, fixed yesterday on 1.0 branch and trunk.
