Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040923 Firefox/0.10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040923 Firefox/0.10 I have noticed that when using the keyboard to open a bookmark (e.g. alt-b, etc.) that the focus would go to the urlbar - sometimes more than just one time - immediately after starting Firefox. I then removed my live bookmarks and the problem has disappeared. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add a valid live bookmark that can load. 2. Restart Firefox 3. Immediately upon the ui appearing select alt-b and the wait Actual Results: The bookmarks menu disappears and the focus is placed on the urlbar. Expected Results: The focus should not change.
This sounds to me like a dup of bug 252412
Could very well be though I am concerned that the fix for the folder not collapsing when a live bookmark loads may not address this specific issue. If it does get duped I hope that this issue being fixed becomes part of the requirements for that bug to be marked fixed.
I'm seeing it in exactly the same ways and times, so I'm sure it will be. ->DUP *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 252412 ***
