On a the Mac build of Mac OS X. The import bookmark feature does not get beyond
step one of the process

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the bookmark manager 
2. Go to File -> Import
3. Select "From File" 
4. Click Next.

Actual Results:  
Nothing Happens.

Expected Results:  
I assume I should have been taken to a file selector dialog box to select the
file I had wished to import.
