Add an 'Open in New Window' option in the context menu of each TAB.

Context menu available after right-clicking on a TAB:
New Tab
Reload Tab
Reload All Tabs
Close Other Tabs
Close Tab
Open in New Window  <---- Add this option


Open in New Window will open the URL from that TAB in a new browser window.

There are extensions that do this.  It was already decided not to do this in the
browser itself.
