I like the function of a reminder that a plugin is not installed.  However, I do
not like nor do I have installed any "flash" plugins.  Yet each and every time I
go to a site with flash on the page, I'm reminded that I need a plugin for the
page to display properly.  I think an option in preferences for "plugin
reminders - always, once per site, once per session, once, never" or something
along those lines would be good.  

"Always" - remind me WHENEVER content requires a specific uninstalled plugin.
"Once per site" - remind me the first time I visit this URL that a plugin is
missing.
"Once per session" - After each time Firefox starts up, reset a usage counter -
and when a site is visited, remind me once and go away.
"Once" - the first time a type of content requires a specific plugin, let me
know.  Then, as my military friends are fond of saying, STFU.  ("Shut the flip
up" ;-).
"Never" - Ignore content that requires a plugin.  Assume the user knows what
he's doing.  Heck, he probably doesn't, but who cares.  

This is a minor, minor quibble.  Otherwise, I love the browser.  Absolutely love
it.  Thanks!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a machine without flash installed, visit any site requiring flash (I visit
the hometown news site - http://www.wcco.com/)
2. The window below the URL bar shows up, reminding me I need a special plugin.  
3. Close the reminder.
4. Right click, and select "open in new window" on any news story.
5. The dangler below the URL bar is back...

Actual Results:  
The dangler is there.  It's not a show-stopper, it's just annoying.

Expected Results:  
Remind me once, and left me alone after that.
