firefox 1.0 PR, macosx 10.3.5

Hook up a 2nd monitor, move browser to 2nd display, pull the google
pulldown to change engines ... ! popup shows up on 1st display.

Other dialogs also do this, they should figure out where the default
window is and display there if possible.

Current versions of safari do the dual monitor thing correctly.
