if you use firefox in a dual monitor setup and move the main window to monitor 2
fields like "URL-completion" or if you right-click on no matter what (i.e.
right click on the google-search tab or on other toolbar things like "Firefox
Help" pop up on monitor 1 insteat of monitor 2.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open firefox
2. move main window to 2nd monitor
3. right click on anything -> windows will pop up on the wrong monitor

Actual Results:  
see above.

Expected Results:  
open the subwindow on the actual working window.

confirming bug, I see it here in front of me.  I can bring 2nd monitor to fix this bug to MV if someone 
wants.
