262330 - FireFox continues to block popups in Gmail despite allowing them in preferences

When clicking on the [Contacts] link within Gmail, FireFox displays the 'popup
blocked' message, even though gmail.google.com is in my Allowed list for popup
windows. 

Additionally, previous versions of the FireFox browser did not require me to add
gmail as an allowed site; I was able to activate the gmail nav links which open
in popup windows without registering it as an allowed site. 



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Gmail
2. Click 'Contacts'
3. Regardless of allowed sites settings, the popup will be blocked by FF 1.0RC.
This window opened without issue in FF .9, .8, et al, without being logged as an
allowed site. 

Actual Results:  
FF will produce the 'popup blocked' message

Expected Results:  
Allowed the window to open, regardless of the allowed sites settings. Perhaps
these settings should be more granular? I.e., "allow JS popups" "allow
target='_blank' popups", etc.

This is a TBE problem, not FF or Gmail.
uninstall TBE and it should work

Got an email that this is an issue w/ the Tab Browser Extension. Uninstalled, FF
performs as expected. I'll take this up w/ the TBE folks. Thanks for the
rapid-fire, ninja-like feedback from the FF team!!!

TBE = evil
