When you open the properties for a bookmark, the title of the window says
"Properties for **bm_title**"

Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Results:
I would have expected the contents of the "Name" field to be used in place of
**bm_title**
There is a reference to this in bug 146391, but I think it's a separate issue;
there has never been any importing of bookmarks.
