2 of my 3 accounts work great, no problems. my thrid account however doesnt
recieve any email. it says connecting... then connected etc... and lastly no new
mail on server. but there is new mail on the server (i check using webmail).
everything worked fine in .7.3.

sys info:
T-bird .8 build 20040913 (no filters)
pop3 account (mail dot perksweb dot com)
windows xp sp 1
no ad-ware or firewalls

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open t-bird
2. auto or click get messages
3. nothing downloads for that account

Actual Results:  
nothing. my messages do not download.

Expected Results:  
downloaded the new emails.

is it an i-mail server? Please try a new tbird .8 build - marking a dup. Please
re-open if a .8 build from after 09/21 doesn't fix it.
