I'm requesting CVS write access for the Firefox hebrew (he-IL) localization. i'm
attaching the localization done until now.

1) There are no search plugins. I cannot land this without
searchplugins/list.txt, and at least one google-like search plugin

2) installer strings are not translated. I can land this without Hebrew
installer strings, but it cannot become an official release without them.
(Please let me know if there are RTL issues in the installer.)

I wasn't sure about the search plugins. do the original plugins from en-US being
added to the language pack?

There is definitely an RTL issue with this since the setup direction is LTR, and
for the hebrew to work o.k. the setup direction needs to be RTL (some of them i
can translate with the setup direction LTR).

re: RTL installer, if it's not that hard to translate the strings, and then we
can examine the UI of the installer binary (what have you done in the past, only
ship ZIP builds?).

RLM/LRM characters won't work, because the text wraps from the wrong side. i
thought to file a bug about this a long time ago, but it wasn't high on my
priority list. i didn't know it's such a problem.

I was using the regular LTR installer, with some of the strings translated(those
that don't have RTL issues). 

sorry for the delay, we hade to discuss which plugins and bookmarks to add. I've
also translated some of the installer strings, and did some changes in the
translation. i'm attaching the updated files.

Initial files committed. I took the liberty of changing charset.mk to CP1255,
once we get nightly windows installer builds we can look if that causes
tremendous problems.

You need to attach a SSH public key in order for your account to be activated.
