Draft message isn't deleted on sending.
(1) Compose a message using account A.
(2) Save the message as draft. (Leave the compose window open)
(3) Change the account to B. The draft message is moved to B.
(4) Send the message.
Actual result: The draft message isn't deleted.
Expected result: The draft message is deleted.
Build: v0.8/Mac OS X 0.8, 20041001/Linux

Do you mean the draft message actually moved from one folder to another?
Before or after making an additional save?

What I see with TB 1.0, Win2K:
After (3), the draft message is not automatically moved. If I Send now, the
draft is removed from account A and the sent copy is saved in account B.
But if I make another change, and Save again, the draft is removed from account
A but NOT stored in account B; and then when I Send, the Sent copy is not saved
anywhere, as far as I can tell.
I get this too.
I also have a situation which may be related where I get multiple duplicate draft messages in the draft folder.
I have not worked out the exact causes, but it seems if a message is open long enough it saves another copy in the drafts folder. This may be exaserbated by looking in the drafts folder while working on the message. as if I look in the drafts folder it seems to produce the next draft message not long after this.
Sending does not always delete the most recent draft message and deffinetly leves any older drafts.

Chris Lee, which version of TB were you using to see the behavior described in
comment 2?

With TB 1.5: when the draft is saved under the account B, the old draft is removed from account A and a new draft *is* stored in account B; but the Sent copy is not saved anywhere.
With TB 2b1: when the draft is saved under the account B, the old draft is removed from account A and a new draft is stored in account B; *and* the Sent copy is not saved in account B.
So with 2b1, this bug WFM. But I haven't played around with autosaved drafts to see if they behave differently. They shouldn't.

Whoops! I made a mistake testing. With TB 1.5, I had left the system offline when sending, so the message was in Unsent.
Retesting properly, I see the same behavior as with 2b1, so this bug WFM with 1.5.
Attaching image of the drafts folder with two copies of a message that is currently being edited.
The difference is that the second one has one new line that the first does not, I started editing at about 09:45 and got back to my machine at 12:00 to find the two copies. will atach an image of the message next
This image is the message that was duplicated.
The last line is not in the draft with the earlier time stamp.
Am using TB 1.5
When I sent the message shown in the atachments only the newer one was removed from the fiolder.
