In a new IMAP account, local folder location cannot be moved until after restart

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910 The local folder of a new IMAP account is sticky, even if you change it before downloading the list of folders, the default is still used until you leave Mozilla Mail Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a new IMAP account 2. change the 'Local Folder' setting in the account properties before trying to connect 3. click the Inbox of the new account Actual Results: Mozilla Mail downloaded the list of folders in the default location (<imapservername> under profile's ImapMail subdir). Expected Results: It should have created the directories for my IMAP folders under the location I set in the account properties. I closed the program, then restarted, and on first access to the account it downloaded again the list of folders, this time to the right location (the one I entered).

yes, that path is cached and we don't realize the pref has changed until you restart.
