Web page that does not have a favorite icon retains the favorite icon of the
page last visited instead of displaying the blank page icon.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start browser
2. Notice favorite icon displayed in location bar (it will be from your homepage)
3. Go to http://knowledge.wharton.upenn.edu
Actual Results:
Favorite icon remained the same as the one from my homepage (Yahoo! icon)
Expected Results:
Should have displayed a blank page icon since the site does not have a mini icon
