I just noticed that my slashdot RSS bookmark doesn't have an 'open in tabs'
option. I have been using it for some time, and, up 'til now, it has always had
one. I took a screen snapshot of it w/o the option.

As you can see from the snapshot, other bookmark folders (in this case, the
parent) have the option.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open RSS bookmark
2.observe
3.

Actual Results:  
no 'open in tabs'

Expected Results:  
'open in tabs'

sometimes happens after a reload of the live bookmarks

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
