Folders with russian names are processed incorrectly. They duplicate after
restarting Thunderbird, so i need to delete one of them (this bug is
reproducible, see steps).
But there are more situations that i can't describe definitely. Russian folders
behave crazy... it looks much like corrupted index in database. For example, now
i cannot create folder "Personal" (in russian translation, of course) because
when i try i get error "Folder already exists". But both of these folders were
already deleted... or renamed to "Forums"... sorry i don't remember.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install english Thunderbird 0.8 over (russian) WindowsXP.
2. Run Thunderbird and create new email account.
3. Create some folders with russian names.
4. Restart Thunderbird.
Actual Results:
All folders with russian names will appear twice.

please try the latest 1.0 branch build:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-0.9/
I believe this has been fixed very recently.
