267716 - The installer doesn't put links to 'License', 'Readme' and 'Profile Manager' into Start menu

This has been present for a long time, and my previous reports (on the forums)
on this were always ignored: in Start menù, only the links to "Mozilla Firefox"
and "Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)" were put. Links to "Readme", "License" and
"Profile Manager" are not present (they are instead created with Mozilla
Thunderbird). 

Another thing: the file 'LICENSE' doesn't have the .txt extension under Windows
(while 'README' correctly has).

1. Install the program

I looked for a previos bug about this, but didn't find it. I'm sorry.

Anyway, that topic is about the Profile Manager (and I still think it's very
useful and should be present there), not also about "Readme" and "License".
