this site: http://bshdtv.vicp.net/ can be added to ie6 favorites but then it 
isn't imported by firefox.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load this page in ie6 and add to favorites: http://bshdtv.vicp.net/
2. delete firefox profile and start it.
3. after import bookmarks is completed the above bookmarks is missing

Actual Results:  
all favorites are imported into firefox except http://bshdtv.vicp.net/



Expected Results:  
I want http://bshdtv.vicp.net/ to be imported OR at least a dialog at the end 
of importing process, with a list of favorites that couldn't be imported.

I confirm this bug and want to add that:
- the problem also occurs with chinese big5 characers,
- folders with asian characters aren't imported.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new folder in ie6 favourites, name it with a chinese name
2. import ie6 favourites to Mozilla Firefox 1.0
The folder with a chinese name won't be imported.
