I have no idea what any of this means.
XML Parsing Error: unidentified entity.

I clicked on the critical update button in the upper right of my browser and 
now I can't use Firefox at all.  I had to go and reinstall Internet Explorer 
just to send this message.

I get the XML parsing error message.

Expected Results:  
opened and allowed me access to the web.
