Mozilla linux build 2004111306

To reproduce:
1. Open any page. For example, www.google.com
2. File -> Print Preview
3. Change scale to "100%" and then back to "Shrink to Fit" (or vice verse)
4. Notice multiple glitches in Print Preview window like text overlapping with
the scrollbar, missing scrollbar, scrollbar inside the window etc.
