When supplying a list of fonts in the FACE attribute of the FONT element, M13 
does not appear to pay correct attention to the order in which alternatives are 
specified. In any case M13 renders this page differently to NS4.7 and IE4.

Reporter, thanks for discovering this, and Marc, thanks for fixing it. Rick, I
think this may be a fix for beta1. What do you think? It is a one-line fix,
changing strcmp to strcmpi on Windows only.
