27040 - Manage Bookmarks usability issues

Various sundry usability issues trying to create and manage bookmarks:
1. Bookmarks menu items have no key shortcuts.
2. Option-double-clicking a selected bookmarks should open the Bookmark 
properties dialog.
3. After making a New Bookmark, it should be selected
4. Bookmark properties dialog does not use proper platform overlay for buttons.

Also, there need to be equivalents to the 'Manage Bookmarks' window's view 
options (obtainable through that little half-hidden downward-pointing arrow in 
the upper-right corner of the window) in the menu bar (preferably the 'Edit' 
menu).

Putting on [nsbeta2+][6/01] radar.  This work must be done by 06/01 or we may 
pull this for PR2.

But all four issues should be checked with recent builds.  and 4 bugs 
written...claudius..your on!

marking this bug VERIFIED with 2000071308 builds with the following notes:

From the orignal report, issue #1 has been fixed with the caveat that two shortcuts don't work bug 45443
#2 is now bug 45444
#3 is now bug 44813
#4 has been fixed
and the 5th issue that Adam Kay raised re: the View menu equivalents has been fixed as well.
