 * In the browser, accel+d *adds* bookmark
 * On mac, accel+d is expected to either dupe the bookmark or do nothing. (Do we
want a dupe function?)
 * Is Accel+D meant anywhere else?

This doesn't belong, other than in the emacs-like keybindings in textareas, if
those are even being used.
