Using FireFox 1.0+/20041214 W2k

When visiting the url above, the right column overlaps half of the left when
entering for the first time (or with a cleared cache). Reloading the page makes
it display correctly but sometimes when clicking the links in the upper part of
the left column this overlap will occur while the page is loading. Oddly enough,
no button reload helps - an "enter" hit in the address bar is required.

The page is valid html according to http://validator.w3.org

A race condition perhaps?

A more correct component isLayout:tables, although testcase needs an url for the
list-style-image. If someone knows a better component, feel free to change it.

This is an incremental reflow bug. Note that when the page loads "right"
clicking on a link to cause incremental reflow will lead to overlap.

Something is getting the MEW wrong, probably....

Martijn, http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/doc/frame_reflow_debug.html is for
people like you, who have a basic understanding what is going on in mozilla and
who create minimized testcases, with pointing at which level things go wrong, it
should be easy to assign the reflow bugs to the right component (find the
guilty) and as consequence to fix these reflow bugs faster.

No weirdness observed with:
- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/2006120804 Minefield/3.0a1 (post-reflow branch)
(Testcase layout remains static after clicking links)
