275015 - Attaching a file causes hang, when last location is no longer available

When attaching a file, if the last location a file was attached from was a
network location (\\machine\drive) which is no longer available The message
compose window hangs.  Thunderbird appears no run normally.  Editting prefs.js
and putting the entry to a valid location repairs the error.
