I want to be able to search for all the bugs for which my friend [e-mail]
has requested a patch review. It seems that I can't do that.

isn't good enough? you want requests that have been fulfilled?

yes it doesn't let you distinguish between review? and review- or superreview?,
but it usually works well enough

timeless' second suggetion actually suits me quite well, I just didn't realize I
could do what he suggests. The field name 'flag' is somewhat ambiguous. Perhaps
it should change to 'Any Flag'?

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner
in order to try to make some sanity out of my personal buglist.  This doesn't
mean the bug isn't being dealt with, just that I'm not the one doing it.  If you
are dealing with this bug, please assign it to yourself.

Suggest WORKSFORME (per comment 2 and comment 3), possibly with a new bug to
cover the "Flag" vs. "Any Flag" question raised in comment 3.  Or WONTFIX if the
answer to comment 3 is a resounding "NO".  Or the reporter could change the
summary to make it more appropriate to the request and the "Flag" vs. "Any Flag"
issue can be discussed.
