In case you have anytime entered values in a form they are usually saved. So if
you enter the page again and you start typing again in a form you have filled in
earlyer a list of values appears below the text-input-field.
When the list appears scroll with your mousewheel up or down. You will see that
the list is still beeing displayed at the same location - it has not moved with
the page.
