267960 - autocomplete suggestion still there when the same text is filled by autofill and autofill suggestions still visible when scrolling down

When I go to a page that has a username and password saved and Autofill fills in
the form for me, the autocomplete suggestion box with the same text stays there.
It's not a big problem but I don't like the fact that when I scroll down the
page, the autocomplete box remains visible at the same location on the screen
(although the form isn't visible any more).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. When autocomplete suggests something, scroll down
2. 
3.



Expected Results:  
Hide the autocomplete box when the same value that is suggested is already
entered by autofill.
Hide the autocomplete box when the user scrolls down to a point where the text
input box is not visible any more

See bug 187772 for an other expected behavior (which seems to be better because
it learns to the users that they can scroll in the suggestion list).
