275918 - Developer pages list the same category several times

On the item overview page for my extension, InfoLister
<https://addons.update.mozilla.org/developers/itemoverview.php?id=447> I see this:

Categories: Miscellaneous, Miscellaneous, Miscellaneous

I tried updating and changing category. If I change it to XUL Applications, I see

Categories: XUL Applications, XUL Applications

I'm on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107
Firefox/1.0

The same here. One of my Firefox themes, Curacao, is listed as Miscellaneous,
Miscellaneous, Miscellaneous. An attempt to edit category didn't help either.

IIRC this was displayed publicly in v1 as well.

If we could find out why this occurs for some add-ons and not others, that would be very useful.

By "developer pages" we mean all pages in the developer control panel (ie. all pages that are still running off v1) and as such, this includes the approval queue :)

Attachment: patch for duplicate categories

This fixes the duplicate categories displayed in developers/approval.php and developers/itemoverview.php. Those were the only places I saw duplicates... I think the public moreinfo.php problem was fixed.
