repro:
1.Click [bookmarks] (Not bookmarks manager!)
2.Try to drag a bookmark into a folder.
3.The bookmark won't go into the folder, the folder won't expand.

This does work in FF1.0 milestone

I kinda doubt that, I can't drag a bookmark into any folder at all.

I'm running 20041229 and it works in Windows XP.  It won't expand folders but if
I move a bookmark and drop it over a folder it'll be placed inside.

Confirmed using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b)
Gecko/20050114 Firefox/1.0+.  Dragging a bookmark onto a folder in the bookmarks
menu does not expand the folder, and dropping puts the bookmark above the folder
rather than inside it.

This happens to me too, using every build I've tried in january (optimized
build, but also normal builds 1.0+).

The drag'n'drop in the Bookmarks side panel seems buggy, I'm not able to
drag'n'drop even from the address bar (like I usually do). After some retries,
the bookmark appears, but not where I put it (maybe it works only in the case
explained in this bug).

I'm using OsX 10.3.7.

Bug 276017, bug 273466 and bug 271891 are essentially all the same bug. Could we
just pick one and dupe the others to get some focus? This is an important bug.

Ok, this bug seems to be fixed by the patch for bug 271891, so lets resolve it
as a duplicate of that bug...
