I got an email (3 in fact to same email address) to Activate my Mozilla Update
account.

When I try the URL, I get:

You don't have permission to access /developers/ on this server.

Same when I try via the 'developers' link on the main page
(https://addons.update.mozilla.org/)

Reproducible: Always
We have disabled it on purpose.
