saving an attachment results in the created/modified dates being set to the
current date/time, instead of preserving the dates from the attached file
the timestamp is the operating system's timestamp - it says when the file was
created on your computer...not when you received the message, or the sender sent
the message...we don't have access to the timestamp of the original attached file.

Reopening: RFC 2183 describes create/modified fields for the Content-Disposition 
header, but Mozilla does not parse them; nor does it provide them when making an 
attachment, which is a separate bug.
