Click UI Grab in GOK, browser tabs can display there, but when click one tab,
GOK will exit. The error is like this:
** ERROR **: file gok-keyboard.c: line 2197 (gok_keyboard_page_select):
assertion failed: (selection != NULL)
The reason is XUL tabs accessible doesn't support AtkSelection interface.

In this patch, nsXULTabsAccessible will support AtkSelection interface.
