Sun Mozilla 1.7 has many accessibility bug fixes on internal codebase and the
quality of mozilla a11y has improved a lot. In order to synchronize A11y code
between Sun Mozilla 1.7 and trunk, we plan to port the fixes in Sun Mozilla 1.7
to trunk one by one. This bug is filed to track this work.

Technically, porting to 1.7.x branch is easier than porting to trunk because Sun
Mozilla 1.7 is based on community 1.7 branch. But I am afraid that we are lack
of resource to do both at the same time. Let's finish porting to trunk first.
